Gising gising – A Yummy Pork Recipe

It is now the rainy season and I'm beginning to really feel the cold climate lonely, rainy days once again. o 2 tbsp (28 g) minced garlic

Initially, saut the garlic, in 1 tsp. oil, wait till golden brown, and then add the onions, saut nicely. Now, add the bagoong alamang and cook it for a few minutes. Add the pork, saut it till lightly browned. Next, add the Baguio beans, sili and pineapple tidbits with syrup. Cover and simmer till the beans are nearly cooked. Afterwards, add the gata mixture and simmer for a different two (2) minutes. And there you have your pretty own gising gising!
