Cheesecake Factory's Avocado Egg Rolls Copycat Recipe

Who would not love the Cheesecake Factory? I study somewhere that it was voted America's beloved chain restaurant. With menu items like these egg rolls, I can see why! Content cooking and relish!

Sauce:

4 teaspoons white vinegar

1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar

1/2 teaspoon tamarind pulp

1/2 cup honey

1/2 cup chopped cashews

2/3 cup fresh cilantro

2 garlic cloves

2 green onions

1 tablespoon table sugar

1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

1 teaspoon cumin

1/4 cup olive oil

Egg Rolls:

1 diced avocado

2 tablespoons sun-dried tomatoes in oil, chopped

1 tablespoon red onion, minced

1/2 teaspoon fresh cilantro, chopped

1/2 teaspoon salt

3 egg roll wraps

1 egg, beaten

Sauce:

(1) Blend the vinegars, tamarind, honey, and saffron collectively and microwave for about 1-2 minutes, dependent on the power of your microwave.

(2) Stir to dissolve tamarind.

(3) In a blender vinegar mixture from above with the cashews, onions, cilantro, garlic cloves, sugar, black pepper, cumin and olive oil.

(4) Refrigerate until finally all set to use.

Egg Rolls:

(1) Stir avocado, tomatoes, onion, cilantro and salt. This is your filling.

(2) Spread the filling onto the middle of each and every egg roll wrapper.

(3) Fold the bottom corner of the egg roll wrappers about a quarter of the way more than the filling.

(4) Spread egg more than the other corners and edges of the wrappers, roll up and fold the number one corner more than.

(5) Deep fry the egg rolls in warm oil until finally golden brown.

(6) Drain and allow cool.
