this is how to make bears paw with hot sesame sauce :
(A)1 processed bears paw ,1/two spring onion , 5 slices ginger , i onion,shredded , 1 stick of celery,shredded, 1 teaspoon garlic , sufficient amount of xanthoxylum seeds , 1 length carrot ,shredded , 1 bay leaf
(B) 15 grams of green peppers and carrot , 30g of celery 1 teaspoon of xanthoxylum seeds , sufficient amount of ginger shreds and onion shreds , sufficient amount of bittern , 1 modest bowl hot sesame sauce , 1/two tablespoon of red wine
