Chinese Exclusive Recipes : Bear Paw

In ancient chinese, bear paws are usually implemented as ingredients to make soups,stocks or other dishes. just see how to make a straightforward recipe out of it.

this is how to make bears paw with hot sesame sauce :

(A)1 processed bears paw ,1/two spring onion , 5 slices ginger , i onion,shredded , 1 stick of celery,shredded, 1 teaspoon garlic , sufficient quantity of xanthoxylum seeds , 1 length carrot ,shredded , 1 bay leaf

(B) 15 grams of green peppers and carrot , 30g of celery 1 teaspoon of xanthoxylum seeds , sufficient quantity of ginger shreds and onion shreds , sufficient quantity of bittern , 1 compact bowl hot sesame sauce , 1/two tablespoon of red wine

1. soak the bears paw in water for about two days to clean it and take away the dirt from its pores (make certain you take away the hair from the paws immediately after soaking it), and then dip it to the red wine immediately after soaked for two days.

two. bring the (B) ingredients to boil , and boil them over a mild heat for about 6 hours immediately after that take the bears paw and boil it with the (B) ingredients for a half a day

three. add the red wine to the (B) ingredients and boil it for an hour, immediately after that pull the bones out of the bears paw

four.bring the bittern to boil , place the bear paw immediately after removing the bones and stew it for aprroximately 45 minutes and sprinkle it with sesame oil . cool it and and then freeze it in the refrigerator then slice it

5. cook the sliced (A) ingredients , season them , lay them on the rim of a plate . and then arrange the sliced bears paw in it and place ginger & onion shreds on top and pour the hot sesame sauce over the bears paw slices for serving
